We will accept no return if you don't advertise us first.
From the day you received your products, you have 7 days to send it back (for exchange, refunding or credit). Shipping costs from you to us and from us to you are at your charge, except if the mistake comes from us.
Returned items have to be in their original packaging and in perfect condition, any item that cannot be sold as new, cannot be exchanged or refunded
All the products we sell are covered by a manufacturer warranty. This one generally extends to one year, but it depends on the products, please check the manufacturer notice for more informations.
Please respect the conditions for use. Contact an approved technician if the manufacturer notice requires it (shock maintenance, fork fitting…). If you don't respect the notices, the warranty will be refused and you could injure yourself.
N.B : The followings items -tires, chains, cassettes, bearings, tubes, chainrings, cables, housings, brake pads- don't benefit of this one year warranty. Indeed, a premature but normal wear can be noted in case of intensive use. These items generally benefit of a three months warranty, i.e. enough to note a manufacturing defect.
Manufacturers and official dealers are the only one to be able to accept or refuse a warranty, we do not decide ourselves.
Shipping costs from you to us for a defective item are at your charge, shipping costs from us to you are at our charge if the warranty is accepted. If the warranty is refused, shipping costs from us to you are at your charge.
