Manufactured in one piece
Manufactured in a single piece, without joints or adhesives to save production costs. This results in an ultra-light structure with unparalleled performance. Being in one piece, the stresses that accumulate in the joints of the handlebars manufactured in pieces are eliminated and the reinforcements of these joints are eliminated, thus the stresses flow along the entire handlebar increasing the resistance.
This translates into a significant improvement of the stiffness to weight ratio, when you ride it you will realize that there is nothing like it.

Two laminate versions
Not all cyclists ride the same, and not all cyclists are professionals although we love to wear the same as them, that’s why Gemini has developed two different laminates, so you can choose the one that best suits you.
The laminate is the design of the carbon fiber layered structure used to build the handlebar, changing that design completely changes the behavior of the handlebar.

Lightweight laminate
The lightest version, with a crazy weight from 220 gr. for max. 90kg rider + bike.

WILL IT FIT WELL WITH MY BIKE?
Yes, Gemini has developed the Alzir handlebar to be perfect with any bike, how do they do it? very simple, they design and 3D print a steering cap as the original of your bike but that fits their handlebars and spacers, by making it in 3D printing they can create an ultralight internal structure and thus scrape some extra gram, and thus looks spectacular.

DOES THE HANDLEBAR INCLUDE THE SPECIFIC STEERING COVER?
No, the specific head cover for each bike model is sold separately, the handlebars include the forged carbon stem cover and 3 spacers.

I CAN’T FIND THE STEERING COVER OF MY BIKE, WHAT DO I DO?

Yes, Gemini has already thought about this possibility, contact us and Gemini will manufacture a special version with the cable exit at the bottom of the stem so you can mount it on your bike.
