The design of the carbon cage and pulley wheels has been completely overhauled—regarding both geometry and material thickness—to create a product with a more modern visual harmony while maximizing lightness and performance.

The front section and screws have been redesigned and wind-tunnel tested to optimize airflow penetration, improving aerodynamics by 66% compared to the CCD model.

Refined detailing

The enhanced finish reflects a new, holistic design approach; geometry and thicknesses have been finely tuned, inevitably resulting in a 200% increase in machining time. Solid pulley wheels add a personalized touch, making your bike truly unique.

Titanium screws included

The rear features new black titanium screws, contributing to weight savings and a premium aesthetic. The unified black structure improves visual integration with your bike, while the titanium ensures an optimal strength-to-weight ratio.

MAXIMUM CASSETTE SIZE

A cassette with a maximum of 36 teeth is recommended for optimal adjustment and shifting performance.

CHAIN ​​LENGTH

For optimal performance, replace your chain. Novaride strongly recommends adding 2 to 4 extra links.

MAINTENANCE

There is no set rule regarding how often your component requires maintenance. These aluminum pulley wheels wear very slowly compared to standard plastic ones. These dry, full-ceramic bearings, protected by aluminum covers, offer an extended lifespan. Novaride designed these parts so you don't have to worry about maintenance or technical issues. No lubricant or grease is required for these bearings. Dirt may get between the covers and the bearings during rides; this can be removed using water or a degreaser. Since the bearings are full-ceramic, there is no risk of oxidation.

Please note that these are dry bearings; do not use lubricant.
